I was initially skeptical of the glowing reviews on this site, but the rumors are true - Magic Carpet Auto Transport provides excellent customer service. I contacted them about a month ago when I was thinking about shipping my car from the West Coast to the East Coast. Stephanie was the one who answered all of my questions and assigned me an order number. She was very patient with me, and I felt comfortable and at ease. This was, after all, my first time shipping my car anywhere - it was very important that I work with a company who made me feel like I was being attended to.

When I finally decided to ship my car out here, Hilary was the one who processed my request. I gave her the order number that Stephanie had assigned me, and it was very easy for Hilary to pull up "my file" and get my request started. Hilary was also very pleasant on the phone, as well as helpful. I had to call back a few times to clarify some things, and Hilary didn't mind at all.

The driver was a day late in picking my car up, but he only took 5 days to get my car from the West Coast to the East Coast - I was very impressed, because this was earlier than expected. After my car was picked up on the West Coast, I was more in contact with the driver than with Magic Auto Transport, but I take this as a sign that Magic Auto Transport works with excellent carriers - my driver was very friendly, patient, and always picked up his phone.

If I ever have to ship my car in the future, I will definitely use Magic Auto Transport again.
