Our contact person for Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Trevon, was excellent. He walked us through the process and kept us informed throughout the transport, even when he was hospitalized for surgery!

Southern Auto Transport Services Inc. is another story...driver damaged car when unloading and has not taken responsibility for the damage which prevents us from even driving the vehicle. Submitted a damage claim nearly 3 weeks ago, but can't get company to return our calls or emails..

Would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again as long as the transport company contracted to do the move was NOT the same one.
