After inquring through numerous shipping vendors, I read many great things about Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Being that they have been rated the number one shipping company for the past 2 years, I felt that this would be the PERFECT choice.

The Scheduled Delivery was for October 8th, and I received my car on the 5th. The first thing I looked at was to see if the carhad any scratches, dents, and if it was dirty. To my surprise the car was in mint condition. It was a 2010 Lexus IS 250 Pearl Color, just bought in New Jersey, and shipped to California. I was amazed of how good the services were, and how I received my car before the scheduled date. It was raining outside, and the driver told me to relax in the house while they took care of everything so I don't get wet. Now that might be minor to some eyes, but it shows quality customer service!!!

Any time I had issues or concerns Kathy was VERY responsive and was able to assist me right away. I definitely recommend her!!! Call her @ 360-834-2900.
There wasn't a moment that I was not able to reach her. I've read many stories on other shippers that could not reach their agent. This was definitely not the case. At one point I was afraid that when my car was picked up, my brother would not be able to answer when the driver called, I called Kathy, and she let the driver know to call me just in case. Kathy did an amazing job keeping me informed about my car at all times. My hat goes off to her and Magic Carpet Auto Transport.

If you're looking for quality, and you want your car to be in perfect, safe, realiable, condition, then Magic Carpet Auto Transport is the WAY TO GO!!!!
