This is my first time transporting a vehicle; the fact that it is a new car made me extra nervous. The folks at Magic Carpet were professional and clear about the costs. My driver, ZD of Pavlas, Inc., was very polite, a VERY hard worker, and let me watch the entire process of re-positioning the vehicles he was transporting and load my car. He got my car to me on the day I requested, not an easy feat since he was driving from the west to east coasts. A word of advice: even though this is door-to-door service, the reality is these huge trailer trucks cannot easily navigate through windy or steep streets. I say give the guy a break and offer to meet him at a big parking lot close by - we used Home Depot. It's easier on the driver, and safer for your car. ZD did everything possible to make it convenient for me. I'd definitely use this service again.
