I have used a number of different auto transport companies and Magic Carpet was by far rhe best. Michelle was my primary contact and she promptly returned my phone calls and answered all my questions. She was very professional. I called at the last minute and within 5 days they had a truck come pick up my car and it was delivered to California in seven days. The driver was very courteous and my car was deliverd in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again. I also thought that the price was reasonable, given my last minute call. None of the other 5 star rated companies are as professional as Magic Carpet. I always had some problem with the other ones. Magic Carpet made the whole process very simple and hassle free. I would highly also recommend Michelle because she was able to find a driver for m at the last minute. Another really great thing about Magic Carpet is that aside from the deposit, you pay when your car gets delivered. Most companies demand payment up front. All in all, this is the only company that I will use from now on. They are the most reliable, professional and courteous car transport company out there.
