Kathy was very helpful and informative. Her follow up was spot on and my expectations were exceeded. This was the first time we have shipped a car across the country and she made the process very seamless. I expected it to take 7-10 days for the car to arrive and it was delivered in 6. We are a military family and will gladly recommend Kathy and Magic Carpet to our other Military friends when they are relocating. We will be calling Kathy at Magic Carpet again for service next year. Thanks again Kathy for all of your help and support!
