I was nervous about using an auto transport company after reading horror stories, but my experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was quite reassuring. The company assigned a personal representative to my account immediately, and thereafter I was always able to easily get in touch with my representative, and heard from her several times to schedule the logistics. She was friendly and accessible, and I felt like I received an honest accounting from her. The cost was $50 more than my original quote, but she explained the reason for that and offered (later) alternatives if I wasn't happy with the higher cost.
