When all was said and done, shipping my pickup with MCA worked out perfectly, and I would use them again. However, getting things rolling was not flawless. I scheduled the shipment weeks in advance of my departure date. After that I heard nothing from MCA until I finally called them to confirm that things were on track. It turned out that nobody had been assigned to transport my vehicle because of the destination. My representative quickly handled the situation, suggested we choose a nearby city, and shortly thereafter the vehicle was scheduled for transport. So my only complaint, and the reason I have not given an "excellent" rating, was because I had to catch this problem myself, instead of MCA detecting it proactively. Had I not called on my own accord, I doubt my truck would have made it on time. However, once I brought it to their attention, they handled it well.
