Overall, a good experience using Magic Carpet. Kathy was extremely courteous every time we spoke. I contacted Magic Carpet 6 weeks prior to my ship date. About 3 weeks later, I had a carrier assigned. One week prior to the pick-up date, the carrier contacted me to discuss the size of my vehicles. During our conversation, we realized that he was given the wrong zip code for my address and could not pick up my vehicles. Unfortunately, Kathy was out of the office that week. I spoke to 3 or 4 different agents that week who told me they were "aggressively trying to find me a carrier." Needless to say, it was pretty stressful knowing that I would be getting on an airplane in 3 days without any idea of when my vehicles were going to get picked up. The Monday morning that Kathy was back in the office, I had a carrier within hours. I left my keys with my neighbor, the driver picked up my vehicles the morning after I left and had them on my new doorstep in Florida 4 days later.
