I love Brandi! She was very helpful throughout the process. If I wasn't able to get a hold of her, she would return my call in the next couple hours and I truly feel that I am a valued customer!

After the car was delivered, she also called me and asked me the condition of my car and if everything went well. I am also in the customer service area and I think this is an example of great customer service. I am happy with the delivery time (only took 1 week from West to East), the carrier this company hired (very polite & professional & they would call me few hours ahead to make sure I am available for the delivery), and last but not least, the representative I talked to. I would use this company again if I am moving again :)
