I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which this took place. Had read a lot of stories which made me uneasy with the process. There was an issue with the trucker not being able to get to the pickup location's house. But, an alternate location was found and the truck was loaded on schedule. The driver communicated well with me and arrived exactly when he said he would. He even helped me with jumping my jeep when it wouldn't start on arrival. Great service, I would definately use Magic Carpet again to arrange my shipping needs!
