Michelle handled my first inquiry to pick up in an excellent manner. I always new where the car was and taped directly to the first driver for a timely pick up. The car arrived in ca.as planned and in Hawaii one day early. The car was not excessively dirty and there was no damage.

I will use Magic Carpet again if the need arises.
