My experience with Magic Carpet and Kristaan Kane was very positive. Kristaan was very professional. She made sure everyone who was involved in the transportation of my truck was kept informed. My father, who was actually the individual that dropped off my truck, was also very impressed. Kristaan and the carrier kept in contact with him to make sure he was aware of the pick up times and what ever the next move would be.
I had contacted another company before I spoke to Kristaan and needless to say I was not happy with the response I got.This is my first time transporting a vehicle and relocating is such a big move. The whole thing is a very intimidating situation. I was considering not shipping my truck at all at that point. Luckily I tried again and got Kristaan. She was a breath of fresh air. Beyond her professionalism she had a great attitude. Kristaan didnt make me feel like a customer, she made and continues to make me feel like a person, a real live person. She was so considerate to the situation. I would recommend Kristaan to anyone who would be relocating and transporting a vehicle. Kristaan is very valuable asset to Magic Carpet!
