The original quote was $874, and it took 3 weeks to find the carrier that would take my car, but with extra money $240. I wanted to cancel the order, but other companies told me that CA to AL is a difficult route and it would cost me over $1100 anyway. So I decided to take the carrier Magic carpet offered with total cost of $1114. The car was delivered in 6 days, but the driver LOST!!! the car key/alarm, which gave me alot of trouble.. The driver ended up paying for the key/alarm replacement.
I'm giving 5 star for the service with Michelle, but I think Magic carpet should've given me a more reasonable quote that would take my car (since they knew it's a difficult route) in the first place, or adjust the price sooner, so I do not waste my time (3 weeks) until the car gets picked up.
