This was the second vehicle I shipped with Kathy at MCAT.

Worked with Kathy on this to ship my car from MA to CA. She was very hard to get a hold of and almost never replied to e-mails; however, with that being said, she was still working on everything in the background and would leave me voice-mails to update me. The times that I was not able to actually speak with Kathy, Michelle and Stephanie helped out to answer my questions in the meantime.

The original quote that was given to me ended up being increased because the carrier asked for additional expenses, but Kathy worked with me on this to get this lowered.

Keep in mind that MCAT is a broker who essentially finds carriers to outsource to for shipments so the carrier you get may vary, but rest assured that due to MCAT maintaining good relations with their carriers they do their best to make sure everything is taken care of timely and safely.

For others who are worried about sending their cars, fear not. I was hesitant at first, but all went well. The carriers were cordial and nice and would contact you to let you know where they were at.

I would recommend to get the drivers' number in case you yourself want to check up on things. Also, take pictures of your vehicles just in case and hold onto your copy of the inspection paperwork to use when you receive your car. The only other thing is just to expect your car to be really dirty if you ship it via an open top carrier!

I would definitely use MCAT again!
