my experience with magic carpet was overall positive. though there were some bumps in the beginning (no contact with me about a pickup date until i called 2 days before the requested date), i do think that they provided a good service, even if they were not able to find a carrier to take my car at the price they initially quoted. i was impressed my the very calm demeanor of my representative hillary, as i was a little irritated about the lack of communication regarding my pickup - she handled it very well, never seemed annoyed and did a great job explaining how things worked. i think i would used them again but would be more proactive about finding out when my car was going to be picked up (and also make a reservation earlier - this one was made only a week in advance).
