Delivery was fast and reliable. I was contacted multiple times by Magic Carpet and the carrier. The vehicle arrived dustier than one would expect for being in an enclosed carrier, but this wasn't an issue, and certainly Magic Carpet isn't at fault. Hillary was extremely personable and warm. If you have a vehicle that must be shipped, I'd definitely recommend using Magic Carpet. For those that feel they did not receive Magic Carpet's "5-Star Service," I implore you to understand that Magic Carpet merely acts as a middleman in the process of shipping your car. They do not control the movement of the drivers actually moving your vehicle; on the contrary, they act more like a GPS system. They will know where your vehicle is, and can only provide an estimate as to when it will arrive. If you're calling, ask for Hillary. You'll be taken care of.
