This was the first time I needed to use a auto transportation service and was very nervous about the process. Sheila from Magic Carpet was very professional, explained the process, and assured me that they would do their best to deliver my vehicle in great condition. They certainly delivered. Mike, the transporter, was excellent, especially with the family member who was signing the car over to him, she was extremely nervous about releasing the car. He picked the car up a day early and delivered it two days ahead of the time quoted to me by Sheila, from Magic Carpet. He called and kept up with me on the delivery day and was very accomodating concerning delivery times. Overall it was a great experience and we would use Magic Carpet again.
