I picked magic carpet because of the high rating, and I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately, we place the order and then have to cancel it, due to another arrangement from our boss. I wasn't able to experience the actual service they offer, but when I called and cancel, they are very understanding and easy to work with. I paid everything ahead of time with my credit card, and I got everything back, no penalty, no fee, no nothing. I like their excellent business ethic. I highly recommend them.
