My family was being relocated from Houston, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia. We didn't want to drive two cars across country so started to explore shipping one car - a Toyota Camry. The cost to ship the car as part of our house move (with a national mover) was over $1,200. I had never shipped a car across country before, but in looking for alternatives, I found the Transport Reviews website and used it to select Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I was a little apprehensive about shipping my car on a car carrier, but was pleased that instead of spending $1,200, I was able to ship the car for only $560. My car was picked up a day earlier than expected in Texas. The driver was very professional. The car was transported on an open car carrier. He delivered the car to Atlanta in only two days. My car arrived in the same exact condition it was in when picked up in Houston. The driver couldn't get his truck into the neighborhood in Atlanta, but chose a convenient site nearby to unload the car. My customer service rep at Magic Carpet, Kathy Ashlock, was very helpful through the whole process. Everything went exactly as she said it would. I would use Magic Carpet again for a similar situation.
