From the first contact, it became obvious that the people at Magic Carpet were all about accommodating the customer. For example, Kristaan, my contact person, honored my request that all communication be handled by e-mail until I initiated telephone calls. She responded rapidly to every inquiry. She came up with a perfect plan for handing off the cars without our presence. And when we did the booking, she found a great transporter who charged $100 less than the already low quoted price. We will definitely use Magic Carpet for the return trip. By the way, if Magic Carpet happens to book Robert Scott to transport your car, you can be confident that your car will arrive safe, sound, and probably early.
