let down by other carriers tried magic carpet after reading reviews and was not dissappointed. vechile shift only became urgent by non performing operators offering cheaper quotes. sometimes cheapness is not the issue rather than performance. I told magic carpet my problem and what had occurred and gave me the options which led to same day pickup and delivery 4 days later which was more than expected.vehicle had been waiting for pickup for nearly 4 weeks from two different operators prior to the magic carpet contact so obviously would highly recommend and my service was five star.
