I bought this car out of state using the internet and was very skeptical about using any shipping company to bring the car to my residence. In fact I was not clear about the process.

Carpet Auto Transport assigns a knowledgeable person directly to my case. I have the opportunity to speak with that same adept individual every time I called. she new exactly how to help me. I felt very satisfied about the process since I not have to repeat my self. From the beginning to the end. she explained how the process would work out. I feel very confident about shipping my car across the country now. She did all the coordination needed for me with the dealer, and the scheduled pickup is on time as expected. she contacted the Salesman at the dealer and then call me multiple times to update me about current status of the shipment, even down to the minute when my car was picked up.

I would recommend this service to any friend who buys and need to ship their car from and to another state, specially for busy professionals who do not have time to shop around for a car.
