Overall this shipping experience was positive. The company's contact person, Hillary, was quick to address my concerns with the carrier/driver - either she responded to my email or called me back. She kept in contact with the driver to check on the status of the shipment. I'd say the price of the transport was reasonable. I would recommend Magic Carpet's auto broker services to friends and family. My daughter's car reached its destination safely.
