I had my car shipped from Georgia to California. And besides the obvious fact of wanting my car to arrive safely, I was also worried about the quote I was given. Magic Carpet turned out to be one of the best prices for shipping my car and I really wanted that quote to stay the same. John did a wonderful job negotiating with other companies about keeping the quote that I was given. I really appreciated the fact that he worked hard in finding a reliable company to ship my car in a well set time frame for a great price. Although the company was late when my car was picked up and when dropped off (by 2 days time both ways), I still received great service from John at Magic Carpet. He did a great job with communicating between myself and the driver, and any time I felt nervous about the timeline of things he reassured me things would still go smoothly. I still wasn't too upset by the lateness of the pick up and arrival because I was told initially that things happen with drivers as far as traffic and other minor set backs go. John was a great communicator and someone I would recommend anyone to deal with. Thanks Magic Carpet Auto Transport for a good experience in shipping my car!
