When I started my research for an auto transporter I became very overwhelmed and wondered if I was ever going to find a company I could trust. I decided to look on the Better Business Bureau website and found Magic Carpet Auto Transport received an A+ rating. This sparked my interest, as did the Transport Reviews website, who rated Magic Carpet number 3. When I called and spoke with Sheila Paquette, she came across as down to earth and extremely friendly. She gained my confidence within minuets. Shelia told me what to look out for regarding scams and illegal things other companies would over look. Shelia also provided me with a quick breakdown of regulations and how the transport process worked. Never once did I feel like she was pressuring me. Working with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was refreshing. When I called a person answered the phone. When I asked a question, I received a straightforward answer. Our driver was even great to work with. Since where I was moving from and moving to, didn't allow trucks he worked with me to find a location less than a mile away for the pick-up and drop off. If I ever need to ship a car again I will without a doubt be calling Magic Carpet Auto Transport!
