I shipped my VW Passat from CA to MD. Hillary was my contact and the process was smooth. She was knowledgeable and explained to me the whole process. I got email confirmation after booking. The car was picked up within the 3 day window. We were informed about the progress. The car arrived one day late. The whole experience was good. I have another car to ship and I have already opened the order with Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
