Brandon, my customer service agent, was very knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Though the transport cost a little more than we spoke about originally, it was justified because he was able to arrange the pickup much earlier than anticipated. The delivery went well too. The driver was cordial and communicated with me to arrange an agreeable time for delivery. Besides the car (MG Midget) needing a cleaning (expected from an open car transport), everything went very smoothly. I would certainly recommend both Magic Carpet and Brandon's assistance again.
