I had an outstanding experience with Magic Carpet! Stephanie Hamilton, my agent, was very helpful and straightforward with all the information I needed to know to ship my vehicle. I was pleased with the quote I received, which was about average compared to other quotes I received. Stephanie was honest about the fact that shipping vehicles out of Louisiana tended to take longer than shipping from other states, which was refreshing and very much appreciated. Five days before my vehicle was to be picked-up, I had to put my order on hold due to a family emergency. Stephanie was very understanding and worked with me without any additional hassle or worry. My vehicle was delivered to the destination about two days earlier than expected, which is fantastic. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Magic Carpet and will definitely use them in the future!
