The pick-up was extremely easy - just gave him the keys and signed the papers. The drop-off was much earlier than we wanted - originally we said 6:30 am but the driver called at the meeting place at 4:15 am!! (Grocery store parking lot security didn't want him waiting until 6:30am...) All in all, it was a great experience and we will use Magic Carpet when we ship our other car next month.
