Magic carpet was a very helpful and had great customer service when we contacted them by phone and by e-mail. We were helped by Michelle Henriksbo, who was very nice and willing to help or answer questions for us. Everything was done early and was very easy, making it a very swift process. The car was picked earlier than expected from California, and was also delivered to Illinois earlier than we thought it would have been. The car made it to the drop off in the same condition that if left our home in, which was nice to know that they had been careful with it while they were driving across the country. We had no problems getting a hold of anyone when we had questions, and we were also kept very informed of what was going on with the car, such as when it should and would be picked up and when it would be or should be dropped off. Overall, we had a very good experience with this company and with its employees.
