I had the best first time experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport! Hillary was my contact person and couldn't be any nicer. The first order I put in I had to cancel and Hillary was very understanding and didn't give me a hard time for canceling (which I'm sure most people would have). She actually gave me some helpful information that I needed in order to make my next order process work a lot better and faster.

So, when it was time for me to make the order again I called Magic Carpet back to see if they could help again. Luckily, I spoke with Hillary who remembered me and was able to assist me again. This time my order process time went quickly and smoothly. I got my car in 6 days. The guy who delivered the vehicle (wish I could remember his name, oops!) was also very friendly. I liked that he called to let me know he was very near and would be delivering the Van soon. When he arrived he called to let me know he has arrived and gave me a receipt upon the rest of the payment.

Magic Carpet Auto Transport does a great job with nice employees and I would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again!
