Customer care was very helpful and courteous. Used again for 2nd car. The driver and dispatch were out of sync because I was informed that the driver was in the area and would be arriving at my location within a few hours...but then later found out that he was several hours from my location and would not arrive until the next day. However, the car arrived quickly so no harm no foul.
