John was the best. My sister had left here van in haste while on vacation when they received word that my brother inlaw mother, father and nephew had been killed in an auto accident. Their only concern was to fly home as quickly as possible and then contacted me to see if I could assist in getting their van returned home. John was the best, he was so calm and quickly educated me on the auto transport industry. His communication with me was outstanding always answering my calls and keeping me updated on the status of things. I could not have asked for more.
