My vehicle arrived on time and the agent was helpful on the phone. It was very fast from the time the agent took my transport request until she found a carrier. While the actual trucking company was unapologetically late picking up the vehicle, it arrived two days ahead of schedule in the same condition originally shipped. I suppose my needs were met in this case, because I wanted my vehicle safely transported from one place to another.
