John was extremely professional from the start to the end of my experience. there was a problem with the carrier and John kept me informed the entire time. It was important for me to have one contact person to deal with and that is exactly the way that it was. The truck arrived with a damaged rim which is still unresolved. Other than that I am very satisfied with Magic Carpet.
