This was my first time transporting a vehicle across the US. I purchased a used BMW in Bosque Farms, New Mexico, and needed it delivered to Fairport New York. I was skeptical to use anyone that was not recommended, but after asking everyone I knew I had to "choose" one from the internet. I read the reviews about Magic Carpet Auto Transport and decided to contract them to ship my car for two reasons: 1) The reviews on this site were excellent, and 2) When the Broker (John Mendez) called me back, left me a message, and after talking to him, he seemed like the ideal person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and told me that he would work with me to get my vehicle delivered. He also said that it was not an easy route to transport a vehicle, and it may need a little more time. I was ok with that, and John was in touch and available thru the whole process. He was the IDEAL person to get the job done! I can not express my thanks and gratitude enough!
