The customer service person (Michelle) was very knowledgeable and kept us updated on the status of our pickup/delivery. She always returned our calls promptly. There was a slight delay in getting a carrier to transport our vehicle due to a slight misunderstanding with what type of vehicle we needed to have transported. (It was a 4 door highboy pickup truck and it came across as a 4 door sedan via the website entry.) The way the data is entered on their website is the only thing that we feel could use a little improvement, but the service was excellent. If in need of this type of service in the future we will just call direct to make sure everything is confirmed correctly instead of ordering online.
