                        Itamar and Keri,  I am floored and yet sorry that you felt scammed.  I was very clear on the price match conditions of the company and even sent the written information to you twice. We price match for 5 days, when you called and complained I did explain to you that the drivers are not taking your car becuse other cars are paying more but I was delighted to try and save you some money with a price match, I talked with you every day, if not more.  When a driver gives me a bid, it is my job that I do for you to offer there terms to you, as i did.  I would do you a great disservice, if I didnot do that. Your amount that it ended up costing you was only 100.00 more than what I had quoted you and at that you didnot have to accept the drivers request. it took 1 day extra from the time you had me price match.  I am glad your car was delivered on time.  I wish you well, RaeAnn
