This review is for just the Magic Carpet Auto Transport service and not the actual carrier.

Since they are the highest rated auto transport company (which is why I chose them) I was expecting a more professional experience than I received. Though I admit that I'm particularly anal retentive when it comes to my car. I'd still use their service again, since it all worked out in the end.

Hillary was extremely nice and seemed genuinely concerned to help me throughout the whole process (she would get a 5 star).

Make sure to read the contract as there was a $75 fee to cancel a pickup if the truck is less than 60 miles away that I missed.
