First time working with a transport broker/company and my experience with Magic Carpet was just okay. I was offered one priced and was advice that further negotiation of the price would result in definite delay of the pickup and delivery of my vehicle. Basically something like - "here is the price, pay this or good luck with getting your car shipped on time".

I have not heard from Magic Carpet since I placed my order and left my checking account info for deposit. Along with finding out that the quoted price reflects the $50 rebate which you would only receive once you complete a review on transportreviews.com, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Note that Magic Carpet is the transport broker so they don't assume responsibility nor guarantee service quality of the actual carrier. Safe to say, I wasn't very satisfied with the carrier either.

Yang, We did contact you immediately after you placed your order to tell you that the vehicle transport had been dispatched as it was a day after you placed the order. We also picked up your vehicle 3 days after the first available date you had requested which is well within our window of time for pickup of vehicles. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with your service as to what would appear to be a smooth transport in this industry. Michelle
