Good with some minor issue

Kathy was excellent to answer my questions. The timing of the pick and delivery was as expected. Nothing to complain on the customer service side.

My only concern was the quality/maintenance of the truck. The driver kept complaining about how his tires were getting used and he was lucky that none of them actually blew while driving (not good for the cars transported...). One of the beam broke while unloading the car during his trip with my car. He had to make a repair (heavy duty welding). Luckily my car was not damaged.

The transporter took good care of my car but he was obviously pushing on the maintenance of his truck. I had a good experience but I felt I got close to serious problems.

MagicCarpet gets excellent rating, so I assume their filter the carrier they use in their brokerage pool. Mine was probably on the edge.
