I was impressed with the level of customer service at Magic Carpet, and appreciated that Hillary contacted me to check on how things were going each step of the way. I also appreciated the level of communication shown by my driver (Sylvio at Alpine Transport; see separate review). It was hard for me to be confident that everything was going to work out after having a really bad experience shipping my car from CA to NY 3 years ago, but this time, on the return trip, things went very smoothly. The price was reasonable and delivery was as promised.
