I got about 10 different quotes before I decided to go with Magic Carpet. Tony was easy to get a hold of and even when I called and it went to voicemail he called back promptly. They were one of the lowest rates that I found out of all of the places that I tried. Tony was able to answer all of my questions and walked me through to whole process of shipping my husband’s truck. I was surprised to see that he was able to get a pickup date the very next day that I called and scheduled the pickup from Montana to Texas. When the company was late picking up the truck and getting it delivered, he called the company to follow up with them. Even after the truck was delivered he has been able to assist me with rest of the process that I had questions about. Magic Carpet did a great job with everything from customer service to schedule the appointment to following up during the transit of the truck to after the truck was delivered to my house. I would recommend them to anyone that need to transport a vehicle from one place to another.
