After reading multiple posts on the internet I had huge concerns with shipping my son's Saab to him from KY to NJ. Our window for delivery was very short since he was moving to NJ on a Friday afternoon and traveling out of state on the following Monday morning. Kathy honestly explained how it is not an exact science since so many cars go on the transport at once but assured me she would write it clearly on the order and we would hope for the best.

The car was delivered Sunday morning and everything packed in the truck arrived safely too. I know who I will be calling in the Fall to have the car returned to KY. Thanks Kathy!
