When deciding what company to use to ship our car I read many reviews
After speaking with and probably getting 20 different estimates I ended up going with the top rated on the site. Hilary Bergeson was my rep. From the very beginning she could not have been more helpful and calming. She answered every question . Once a carrier was assinged she called several times to see if the driver had been in contact with me. After the car was picked up she called and made sure the pick-up went as planned and then after delivery to see if I was satisfied! Wonderful customer service! I know this is her job and I know I was just an order number, but I truly felt she cared about the service her company was offering and delivered! If anyone I know needs to ship a vehicle I will definitely recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport and hope they get Hilary for a contact person. Thank you
