I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

Once my car was picked up it was delivered on time and in good condition, the exterior was dirty but that is to be expected considering it had crossed the country.

I recently moved from NJ to WA. My car was the last item I was waiting to get on the road before I boarded a plane for WA. The pick up day arrived and was ticking by without any news from Magic so I phoned them for information. I was informed that the truck that had been contracted to pick up my car had broken down and that (Magic) had no further information about when my car would be picked up.

I was not happy but thankfully my family could keep the car until a new hauler was contracted.

I kept in touch with Magic over the next few days and was pleased that a new hauler was found who could do the job within a few days of the original pick up date. The new hauler requested some additional money that Magic volunteered to split with me. I was satisfied with that arrangement.

My car arrived on time, the driver was pleasant and found the right address with no difficulties.

Suzanne, sorry for the delay, but i have no control over a truck breaking down. We were able to find you another on quickly. Sorry again, things like this happens, no very offten but they do happen.
