Excellent customer service. My car needed to be picked up before a certain date and Stephanie made sure it happened. Was contacted frequently via email and phone throughout the whole shipping process. In addition, she was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the overall customer service and would pick Magic Carpet Auto Transport again in the future!
