We had a pretty big issue picking my vehicle up, mainly because of the location (LA). It took almost 3 weeks for the vehicle to get picked up, which was frustrating. From there delivery was supposed to be 2 days, but was 5. Apparently the driver had a family member in the hospital, so that can happen, no big deal.

Kathy was helpful in the process, but like I said, 3 weeks is too long. I would rather be quoted a higher price and get it quicker, in this case, especially since it was clear up front it was not a common route, and may require a higher price, I just had to wait 3 weeks to pay it.

Also, original quote was $690, and I had to end up paying $840 just to get it, as a driver wanted more.

Still happy with the overall experience, just not with the time and pricing system, which changed after the fact by 22%.

Jake, thank you for the 5 star review. Again I am sorry it took so long to get it moved but like i said LA is very hard area and you really dont know up front what that lucky number is going to be until a driver says yes to it. Kathy~ 360.834.2900 x206
