Michelle was fantastic. She followed-up by email after the order was placed and put out for dispatch to advise that the dispatch had occurred. Michelle also called after the scheduled pick-up time to ensure the vehicle was picked up as promised. The only area for improvement would be to set appropriate expectations on when I would hear from the driver. I finally called the day before pickup and obtained a number for the driver so we could arrange a pickup time. Other than that, Magic Carpet and Michelle were excellent.
